The staff is great. The apartment has marvelous proximity to surrounding areas and the center.- Will be back, thoroughly enjoyed it.

staff were attentive any time of the day. marvellous location, 15 minutes' walk from morzine ski resort, appreciated it. moreover, it was in great area so close to the centre, morzine, and surrounding areas.

I recently stayed at Emerald Stay Apartments in a lovely, bright chalet. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main lift and restaurants, all within a 15-minute walk. The facilities were impressive, with modern design and hi-tech features like a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The hosts were responsive and fixed any issues straight away. The spa facilities were also very nice, providing a quiet and relaxing environment. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We also appreciated the convenience of the QR key system, although there was a minor issue with someone accessing our room due to a wrong QR code.
